5. Digital resources
Purchased digital resources (templates, guides, and similar files) are licensed for your personal or internal use only. Access is granted through time-limited download links tied to your account. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased files. Once a digital resource has been delivered or accessed, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
6. Event & webinar tickets
Event tickets grant admission to the specific session purchased. Ticket details (date, time, format) are shown at checkout and on your dashboard. Refund and rescheduling terms, if any, are stated on the individual event page at the time of registration; unless stated otherwise, tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
7. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Midtrans, a licensed Indonesian payment gateway. Calicu Space does not store your card, bank, or e-wallet details. Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and may be adjusted at any time; changes do not affect orders already completed.
8. Loyalty points & vouchers
Loyalty points and voucher codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted or revoked if used in violation of these terms (for example, abuse of referral or promotional mechanics).
9. Privacy
We only collect the information needed to run your account, process orders, and communicate with you, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties. Questions about your data can be sent through our contact page.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Calicu Space provides the site and its content on an "as is" basis and makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee it is error-free.
